Three ways to use this site. The first one is free, does not ask for an account, and is a complete full-length CCMA® exam simulation rather than a sample of one.
Everything paid here is a one-time payment in US dollars. There is no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and there is no plan to cancel later.

One full-length run: 180 questions, 3 hours, 150 scored and 30 unscored pretest items, drawn at the National Healthcareer Association's (NHA®) exact per-domain item counts. Identical exam structure — not identical questions, and you should be suspicious of anyone who tells you they have those. At the end you get your raw percent, your scored and missed counts in all seven domains, your timing, and a worked explanation for every question.

This is worth being specific about, because "free CCMA practice test" usually means something much smaller. When we checked on September 15, 2026, we could not find another free full-length CCMA simulator anywhere. The purpose-built sites that rank serve 25- and 50-question sets, one of them timed at an hour, which is neither this exam's length nor its clock. The closest things to a full-length run are paid: one at $29.95 for 30 days of access, another app-only.
A 25-question set cannot tell you where you stand. Scale the real blueprint down to 25 and phlebotomy is worth about two questions and EKG about one. Miss the one and your report says 0%. Guess it and your report says 100%. At 150 scored questions, missing 5 of 12 phlebotomy questions is a signal instead of a coin flip.

Upgrade — $40. Starter to Full, at any time. $49 plus $40 is $89, which is what Full costs on its own, so starting small costs you nothing extra and you are never penalized for having been careful with your money.
The five modules
The modules map onto NHA's published blueprint and sum to exactly 150 scored questions, so running all five covers the scored exam once at its real weights. The counts below are the scored items each module's content carries on the real exam:

If you are choosing two, choose by your weak domains, not by size. Clinical Patient Care is the biggest block on the exam by a wide margin, so a weakness there costs you the most. But EKG and Phlebotomy is 18 questions of very specific, very learnable material that candidates report meeting constantly, and it is the module most often studied in the wrong direction — rhythm strips instead of electrode placement, tube colors instead of sequence. Take the free full-length run first and let the per-domain result pick for you.
What the per-subdomain diagnostic actually does
This is the hardest thing on this page to get anywhere else, so here is exactly what it is.
A per-domain result tells you Clinical Patient Care is your weak area. Clinical Patient Care is 84 of the 150 scored questions — more than everything else combined. "Study Clinical Patient Care" is not a study plan. It is a shrug.
NHA publishes the split inside it, and Full reports against it:

So instead of "Clinical Patient Care is weak," you get "3C Infection Control and 3E Phlebotomy are weak, 27 questions between them, and the other 57 are fine." That is a week of studying pointed somewhere.
NHA publishes this breakdown in its current test plan, and essentially nobody in this niche reports against it. Competitors give you the seven top-level domains, or no breakdown at all.
About the $165
NHA's listed exam fee is $165 per attempt (checked September 15, 2026, and re-checked quarterly — stale figures of $155 and $160 are still live on first-page sites). You get three attempts, a minimum of 30 days apart. A retake costs the full fee again. There is no discounted retake rate, and after a third unsuccessful attempt there is a one-year wait before you can test again.
That is the arithmetic. We are going to leave it there, without a countdown clock or a fake discount, because it does not need help from us. Everything on this page is cheaper than one retake, including the part that costs nothing.
The guarantee, and the one we do not offer
Seven-day money back. Email [email protected] within seven days of your purchase and we refund it. You do not have to explain yourself, finish a minimum number of questions, or prove anything.
We do not offer a pass guarantee, and we would not believe one. The CCMA is reported as a scaled score from 200 to 500, with 390 passing, and NHA weights questions by the difficulty of the form you sit so that 390 means the same standard every time. The per-form difficulty parameters that drive that are not public. Nobody outside NHA has them. A site that guarantees your result on an exam whose scoring it cannot reproduce is selling you a refund policy with a headline on it. Ours is a refund policy, and we call it that.
What your money does not buy
- Real, actual, or "retired" NHA questions. Every question here is original, written to NHA's published test plan and then independently solved by our AI before it enters the bank — if the answer cannot be verified, the question does not ship. No practice provider has NHA's live items. Not us, not anyone. Anybody implying otherwise is either making it up or describing something they should not have.
- A predicted scaled score. Never, at any price. Our results screen carries this line permanently: the real CCMA reports a scaled score from 200–500, with 390 passing; this simulator reports your raw percentage, and your real CCMA score is scaled and will differ. We will not guess at your scaled score, because nobody honestly can.
- A percentile or a class ranking. Those require real user data. This site is new, and we would rather tell you that than invent a number.
- Testimonials and star ratings. Same reason. There is nothing to show yet, so there is nothing shown.
Which one you should actually buy
Take the free full-length run first. It costs nothing, it takes three hours, and it is the only thing on this page that can tell you what you need. If it comes back solid across all seven domains, buy nothing. That is a real outcome and we would rather you have it.
Starter, $49 — if the free run flagged one or two areas and you want unlimited full-length runs plus concentrated work on exactly those two. For a focused weakness, this is enough.
Full, $89 — if you want the 3A–3F resolution inside Clinical Patient Care, the complete item bank, or you are preparing for a retake and cannot afford to aim your studying at the wrong subdomain. Also the sensible choice if your free run was thin in three or more domains, since two modules would not cover it.
And if you are unsure: buy Starter, and upgrade for $40 later if you want the rest. It costs the same either way.
